Livery Studio is a thoughtfully developed and independently operated coworking space infused with the authentic charm of Pasadena.

Originally built in 1906 as the Star Saddle Livery, once serving guests of the iconic Hotel Green, this historic building has been beautifully reimagined into a modern, flexible workspace. Now home to a vibrant community of professionals and creatives, Livery Studio offers a unique blend of past and present — featuring beautifully designed kitchens, versatile event spaces, private conference rooms, and open collaborative areas.

Located in the heart of Old Pasadena, Livery Studio is just steps from some of the city’s best restaurants, shops, Metro stations, parking, and directly across from Central Park. As part of the Old Pasadena Historic District and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building retains much of its original character, making it one of the most inspiring places to work in the area.

We’ve designed our spaces with every type of user in mind — from individuals who need quiet focus in private offices or dedicated desks, to teams seeking collaborative zones, to groups hosting events or workshops in our multi-use lounge. Throughout the space, you'll find areas for casual connection, thoughtful design, and integrated technology to make your workday seamless.

Many workstations come equipped with height-adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs, supporting a healthy and productive environment. Members can easily manage access and amenities through intuitive mobile apps, making day-to-day tasks smooth and efficient.
